The goal of the TFS Compliance Plan is to identify and correct, prevent and reduce non-compliant activities before significant legal and financial exposure occurs. We achieve our goal through by ensuring the education of our staff, internal evaluation of our processes, and monitoring activities.
The Compliance Plan is designed, implemented and enforced in order to promote our staff’s understanding of and adherence to state and federal statutes and regulations that are applicable to all TFS services and programs. TFS ensures that efficient and thorough responses, including corrective actions, are executed following any complaints or notifications of concerns related to compliance.
