Tapestry Family Services Performance Quality Improvement Program creates and maintains a sustainable, safe, compliant, service-focused organization to positively impact the community by continuously assessing quality improvement and implementing solutions created by staff, consumers, community partners and the community at large.
It is designed to represent and be inclusive of all stakeholders with the overriding vision of providing excellent service delivery and sound organizational practices, positively impacting the community at large. Stakeholders include:
