Respite and Respite Providers
Respite care is the temporary care of children in Tapestry’s Foster Care Program, from a few hours to a few days. Foster parents accumulate 72 hours of respite care each month for each foster child.
Respite care is used during times in which foster parents are unable to provide care due to various reasons such as a work obligations, family emergencies, vacations or during times in which the foster parents or child may need a break.

There is no long term commitment. You decide how often you are available.
You’ll receive a tax-free stipend to cover basic needs, activity expenses, and time.
You’ll get to know and support some terrific kids!!!
